It can be as short as 1 Month, however we offer terms as long as 1 year per candidate. 

Yes, all our internships are PAID commensurate with average market rate in your area. 

While we do not guarantee that it will lead to fulltime employment with your placement organization,  it is possible. If it does not come to pass you would now have real work experience on your resume you may use to apply to other organizations with. 

Yes, should you realize that a particular segment is not right for you, and you successfully complete the month we may be able to reassign you to a different market segment. However this is not guaranteed.

No, this is not allowed. Once you have completed your full 12 month cycle you may not re-enter our program. 

Yes, while not common this can happen when mutually agreed upon rules are not followed. If you are terminated for any reason you may not re-enter the program. 

This is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to: Size of host organization; Demand for interns in the geographic area; Quantity of host organizations in the area; HVAC industry Segment. 

Yes, this is a requirement. Each contractor must carry either a state (mechanical, occupational) license and an EPA card (federal)

In that case your EPA Card will suffice.
